EzBeer doesn't just provide a platform for ordering and invoicing. EzBeer connects you with your customers and gives you the tools to ensure you are providing the best service possible.

SmartPhone (APP) Ordering

The EzBeer App makes it easy for your reps to quickly create orders while out in the field. Your customers can also sign up for their own EzBeer account (free of charge), create orders themselves and enjoy many benefits EzBeer extends to customers.

Automatic Invoicing

Invoices are automatically created in PDF format and emailed out as deliveries are made.

Inventory Manager

EzBeer manages your inventory in real time so your reps and customers know exactly what is available and what is not.

Reporting

Reports allow you to view/filter invoices and orders and download the data into excel or PDF.

Shared Calendar

Now anyone on your team can add events so everyone is on the same page and made aware of upcoming events. The calendar can also be used to manage your line cleaning schedule to make sure your lines are always gunk-free.

ReOrder Alerts

EzBeer alerts you when you should expect a re-order from your accounts by analyzing each accounts' order history and trends. Be proactive and don't leave it up to your accounts to call you!

Shell Deposit Manager

During setup, enter the number of kegs at each of your accounts. This will allow you to track your deposit account at each location.

Accountability

EzBeer tracks who created each order, who marked each invoice as paid, which delivery driver delivered/picked up at a certain location, etc...

EzBeer for Customers

You can invite your customers to sign up for a FREE EzBeer account which gives them the ability to place orders anytime day or night via the EzBeer app. They can also run reports and monitor their deposit accounts.
